Suggestions for the programme of events welcome
Please please please remember that the sooner you book AND pay the easier it is to organise these events FOR YOU! We need to know numbers for venues a least a week in advance and events could be cancelled if there is not enough initial interest. If you have you name down to attend an event and subsequently cannot go, please be courteous and give us as much notice as you can. You still may be liable for the money if we have had to pay a deposit! Non-members are welcome at most of our events - although there could be a slight premium on cost.
Club Rooms Events (Fire Regulations)
Please note that due to Fire Regulations events held at our Howe St, clubrooms are limited to 60 people. Consequently, where possible events should be booked in advance by contacting the named organiser and all members should be aware if you just 'roll up' you may be turned away disappointed.
For those of you who are not familiar with the premises, to exit the building via the basement Fire Exit, turn left at the bottom of the stairs, head through the doorway past the toilet and the Fire Exit is on your left. N.B The route & the Fire Exit are clearly marked.
